Privacy Policy

  1. What We Collect — name, phone number, email, location/map pin, photos, Aadhaar card photo (Service Provider verification only), UPI ID (for Agent wallet payouts); payment card/UPI details are processed directly by Razorpay and are not stored by Bagal Me.
  2. How We Use It — to operate listings, enable contact-unlock functionality, verify Service Provider identity, process Agent payouts, and communicate with you about your account.
  3. Aadhaar Data — stored in a private, admin-access-only location; never displayed publicly; used solely to verify Service Provider identity for the Verified badge.
  4. Third-Party Services We Use — Razorpay (payments), Google OAuth (login), OpenStreetMap/Leaflet (maps).
  5. Data Retention & Security — data is retained as long as your account is active and deleted/anonymized on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
  6. Your Rights — you can request correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@bagalme.in.
